PROJECT BRIEF
Lionsgate Business Park is a spacious, multi-business precinct located in Adelaide’s northern suburbs, and is designed for the ultimate in business flexibility.
Based on the former Holden site, this large commercial fit out required a highly durable flooring solution that catered to the varying needs and design preferences of several business tenants.
Arizona carpet tiles were selected in two colours: Oxford Blue on Black was selected for upstairs, while Black on Black was chosen for downstairs. This design is neutral enough to appeal to varied design tastes and match any business décor, while the black and blue strikes provide contrast to lift the space.
With such an extensive space to fill, budget was a priority. Arizona is one of the most affordable fire rated carpet tiles available in the market so it fit comfortably into the overall refurbishment budget. Combined with a pile weight of 16oz, the multi-level loop pile structure is backed with bitumen, providing a tough product designed to withstand years of heavy foot traffic.
